Outage Information

Outage Status: 1:45 p.m. Main Break on Madison Blvd. customers on the North side from Intergraph way to Sullivan street will have an interruption in service. Customers on Celtic Drive will also be effected. Updates will be provided when we have an estimated time of completion.

Update:  6:00 p.m. service should be restored 8:00 p.m.

Update: 8:24 p.m. Water service should be back to normal

You need JavaScript enabled to view it., or by submitting information to our online customer feedback form. In case of an after-hours emergency, please call (256) 508-8916. If there is no answer, an answering service will take your call and an on-call service person will return your call as soon as possible.

How to Prepare for Water Outages

While we will always work quickly to restore water service, we do recommend that you be prepared for unexpected water outages. The general rule of thumb for storing water is one gallon of water per person per day. We recommend that you prepare for at least three days of being without water. This water will be used for drinking and sanitation. Don't forget that your pets will need water too.
